Now you have several ways to prepare your meal: (1) serve in a soup with various toppings. Some popular soups are Soya sauce based, or miso based (check out item B000BUZWMK on Amazon). (2) Lo Mein: cool down the noodels with cold water. Drain off water, and serves with a Soya based dipping sauce (tsuyu), wasabi (item B000FCI9A6), nori seaweed (item B000BQPXLY or B0009HL7CY).
(3) Cold Noodles: add some vegetable oil or Oliver oil to the noodles and mix thoroughly. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator. When serve, do the same as Lo Mein.
