Thai Fish Sauce - 24 oz
Completely natural, this clear, amber-colored sauce is the liquid that runs off of small fish, which are packed in wooden barrels with salt and fermented for a few months. Frequently used in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, it is often added instead of salt when a more complex flavor is required.
